How and Where to get the Senator Prepaid Card
You can get the Senator Prepaid Card at any of our ECB Branches countrywide and from appointed distribution points. Simply walk into a branch/distribution point, fill in the required documention, load your card with funds and you walk out with the Card Pack. Your Card will be activated within hours of funding.

Monitoring Card Usage
Once you have received your Prepaid Card, you can monitor your card usage online. Simply logon to the customer self-care portal and view all your transactions. On first login, you will be requested to register your card. To register, you will need: your Date of Birth and your Card Pack ID (Reference Number on the Card Kit). Click here to login.
