• One colour Passport size photo of all directors
• Memorandum & Articles of association
• Latest three (3) months certified bank statements
• Board Resolution (to open a Merchant account with ECB)
• Certificate of Incorporation/ Certificate of Registration
• Latest audited Accounts
• Latest Company utility bill

To become an ECB merchant just call us on the contacts below; we have a dedicated team of staff who will visit you at your business premises and take you through the sign-up process. The approval process takes seven days and once successful, we will install the POS Terminal and train your staff on operation procedures.
